Online Support:

The support resources on this page are presented in the order in which we expect our customers will find it the most helpful. Our online documents are available 24 hours a day, and we are linking to our most popular documents first on this page.

E-mail, Fax, and Phone Support:

MOSIS can also provide more personal support if necessary, via e-mail, fax, or telephone, but our support staff is typically available only 8 hours a day, Monday through Friday, and we have a limited number of staff members serving a very large design community. You will often find the answers you need most quickly by checking our on-line document library or by posting a note on the bulletin board of the MOSIS Users Group - see section 4 below. For e-mail, fax, and phone support, see sections 5-7 below.

Where to Get Help


  1. Web Site - Main Menu
    The MOSIS Web site home page and main menu are the first place to look when you have questions about MOSIS. The complete Web site menu appears on the left side of every page of our site, and we have tried to organize that menu in a way that makes it very easy for customers to quickly find the information they need.

  2. Search MOSIS
    Search the MOSIS web site using keywords or phrases to quickly find the information you need.

  3. Site Map
    The MOSIS site map is a comprehensive alphebetical index to the entire contents of the MOSIS Web site, linked and cross-linked in a variety of different ways. Often this will be the easiest way to jump quickly to the information you need.

  4. Frequently Asked Questions
    MOSIS has created a series of documents with answers to the questions most frequently asked by MOSIS customers. This is a very good place to look when you have questions about working with MOSIS, because chances are, if you have a question, someone else before you has had the same question.

  5. MOSIS User Group
    Another very good way to get answers to your questions is to post them on the bulletin board of the MOSIS Users Group, especially if you would like to learn from the experiences of other people in the integrated circuit design and fabrication community. Anyone interested in MOSIS is welcome to join the MOSIS Users Group and post messages on the bulletin board. The group is open to everyone; it is not restricted to MOSIS customers.
