The Cancel Fabrication form may be used to cancel fabrication of a
design in the MOSIS fabrication queue. If cancellation succeeds
the layout file is discarded, so you'll have to send in a new
layout file if you decide to fabricate again.
If you're not sure whether your design
is in the fabrication queue, you can use the
Project Status Form
to find out. Cancelling fabrication for a design that is not currently
queued for fab is harmless, except that the layout file is discarded.
You cannot cancel fabrication of a design that is already included on a run.
When fabrication of a design is cancelled, the MOSIS-assigned
Design Number is still available for future use. You can use the
Fabricate Form
to request fabrication again (perhaps using a different layout file).
