International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR)
ITAR Coordinator & Technical Personnel Contact Information
Your ITAR Coordinator is usually the person in your
organization responsible for security clearances.
This individual then authorizes specific technical personnel to
received ITAR restricted technical data such as design layout files,
design check data that includes portions of the design file, and any
other technical data regulated by ITAR export control.
MOSIS must receive and log the contact information of your company's
ITAR coordinator and the technical personnel associated with the ITAR
regulated design before you can proceed further with the ITAR Flow.
