Packaging and Assembly Prices
MOSIS has replaced its online price list with an
online price generator.
Packaging costs must appear as a separate line item on the purchase order.
Price includes one bonding diagram per design; additional bonding
diagrams are $100 each.
Minimum charge for late packaging updates is $250.00. Updates are
considered late after the run closes.
MOSIS does not inventory packages. Packages are available in small
quantities from ceramic package distributors listed on the MOSIS
Third Party Services page.
Prices are for parts assembled at the time
the design was fabricated through MOSIS. For all other parts,
assembly and packaging is available directly from the following
third party vendors.
