Processes Available for MEP Accounts
The processes available for MOSIS Educational Program (MEP) participants are account dependent. Here are the two types of MEP accounts and their associated processes:
Instruction Account
Instructional accounts can request access to the following processes (limited to a 1.5 mm X 1.5 mm "Tiny Chip Unit "):
ON Semi 0.50 µm CMOS (C5N)
IBM 180 nm CMOS (7RF)1
Research Account
Research accounts can request access to the following processes (limited to 16 mm² area):
ON Semi 0.50 µm CMOS (C5N)
IBM 130 nm SiGe BiCMOS (8HP)1
IBM 130 nm CMOS (8RF-DM)1
1 CDA and DKLA required
