Additional Information MEP Instructional Accounts

MEP Instructional accounts are only granted to a professor teaching a registered course with the university for which the student receives a grade, has a course curriculum, and finishes at the end of the semester. Instructional accounts are almost always for undergraduate work.
Term and Responsibility
- Each account is valid from October 1 through September 30. You may submit designs during that time.
- Each professor need establish an account, and is responsible for administering that account.
- A sudent cannot establish an account.
Increase Allocation
MOSIS will consider a request to fabricate more designs than granted in the initial allocation. Login and send your request through the MOSIS Customer Support and Inquiry System. Include your account number, the additional amount of units, and a short explanation as to why you need additional units.
Change Liaison
Ideally, the message should be sent by the out-going professor. Login and send your change account liaison request through the MOSIS Customer Support and Inquiry System. Include the account number and current password, the name of the out-going professor, the comlete name, address, phone number, fax number, and e-mail address of the new liaison. The new liaison will need to read the Policy On University Accounts Accessing Vendor Documents then sign and submit the Individual NDA for University Account Liaison (Faculty).
Lost Account Password or Account Number
Login and send your request through the MOSIS Customer Support and Inquiry System. This request must come from the account liaison.
Lost Design Password or Design Number
Login and send your request through the MOSIS Customer Support and Inquiry System. This request must come from the account liaison or through the address associated with the design number
How to Obtain Account Status
Go to the Login Center then select Account Management.
Reporting Requirements
All participants in the MOSIS Educational Program are required to submit a report for each design submitted for fabrication.
The MOSIS Educatational Program (MEP) will not grant new awards until all past due reports have been received.
Text reports can be submitted using the MOSIS Report Submission Form at Project Management Center.
If your report contains graphs, images, or formatted text, please save it as a PDF file and send it by e-mail to MOSIS Support System, or login and upload it through the Customer Support System.
However you send it, be sure to reference the design id or fabrication id number in the accompanying message.
