Set Up A New MEP Instructional Account
All projects charged to MEP Instructional accounts must be designed by students in organized classes. To open an account and request an allocation of space for the current academic year (October 1 to September 30) submit the items listed below in the Application Package.

Vendor Document Access
MEP Instructional accounts are opened without access to vendor documents.
Vendors require customer signatures on additional documents before granting access to their proprietary and confidential information.
In addition to vendor-specific documents and forms, every document access request must include the Academic Account Document Access Application.

Renew An MEP Instructional Account, Request A New Allocation, And Renew Document Access
All MEP Instructional accounts, no matter when they were created, expire each year on September 30.
Renew An MEP Instructional Account or Request A New Allocation
The funding year for the MEP Instructional program is from October 1 September 30. Any unused balance at the end of the funding year will not carry over into the next funding year.
Class Enrollment Confirmation Form
To renew an MEP Instructional Account or request an allocation of
space for the upcoming academic year, complete and submit this
form. Be sure to include all portions.
Renew Vendor Document Access
Access to vendor documents is granted for no longer than a 12-month term. To renew the term, complete, sign, and send the Instructional Account Application to MOSIS.
