Access to Peregrine Fabrication, Design Rules, Process Specifications,
SPICE Parameters, and Technology Files
How to access and obtain Peregrine Processes, Design Rules, and
Technology Files through MOSIS.
Peregrine considers their process specifications to be proprietary,
and only authorizes MOSIS to distribute them to customers who have
established MOSIS commercial accounts and who have signed the MOSIS
customer agreement and the Peregrine Non-Disclosure Agreement.
You can download the
Peregrine NDA (PDF) from our website.
Please have it signed by an authorized representative of your
organization and mail it to the address provided below.

Peregrine Semiconductor imposes a $500 distribution fee ($300 to
Universities) for its SOS Layout Rules and Design Manual. You can pay
by check to USC, purchase order to be invoiced, or authorization
against an existing blanket purchase order (also to be invoiced).
Please fax the purchase order to the attention of MOSIS Accounts
Receivable at 310-823-5624. A hardcopy of the PO should be sent by US
Mail to the following address:
