standard prices (secure site) can be used when a customer
needs one lot, but for a larger number of parts, use
the Custom Price Quote Request.

When you need the cost of one
prototyping lot of die simply submit the Automated Price Quote
Request form. Answer a few questions about your project and
automatically receive a price quote for fabricating and packaging your
design. You can request a quote without having a MOSIS customer
account.

Automated Price Quote Request Form
Use this form and within minutes you'll receive a quote for one
prototyping lot of die based on the information you provide. Include
the project size (in x and
y), choose the process from a list, and tell us your packaging
requirements (packaged parts and/or bare die). It's that simple.
Custom Price Quote Request Form
Use this form when you need a quote for something other than a single
prototyping lot of die; whether its for a larger quantity of parts, a
taxi run, or a
dedicated run (COT) of whole wafers.
This form give you the opportunity to tell us exactly what you want.
Each request for a custom price quote is evaluated by a MOSIS staff
member and might take a few days to process. Give us some time to
reply, and we'll do our best to give you the best possible price.
Request for Spare Die Form
Use this form to request additional parts from a previous MOSIS run.
Sometimes MOSIS has wafers in stock from a previous run which can be
diced to provide you with additional parts of your design from that
run. Please note that extra parts are not always available.
Request for Wafer Respin
Use this form to request additional wafers from a previous run. If
this order requires any mask revisions, be certain to include the
names of all new layers where indicated.
