Processes Available for MEP Accounts The processes available for MOSIS Educational Program (MEP) participants are account dependent. Here are the two types of MEP accounts and their associated processes: Instruction Account Instructional accounts can request access to the ON Semi 0.50 µm CMOS C5N process (limited to a 1.5 mm X 1.5 mm "Tiny Chip Unit ").
