Procedures and Guidelines for MEP Instructional Accounts
Vendor Rules Access
Many vendors require MOSIS to obtain from our customers signatures on
additional documents before we can grant access to their proprietary
and confidential information.
In addition to the vendor specific documents, every document access
request must include the
Academic Account Document Access Application.
Access to vendor documents is granted for no longer than a 12-month
term. To renew the term, complete, sign, and send the Academic
Account Document Access Application to MOSIS.
ITEMS INCLUDED IN APPLICATION PACKAGE
Please read the instruction carefully before submitting your
application package. Missing or incomplete documents will impede the
review process.
Document Access Application
Provide account informatiion, administrative and tehnical contact
information, and fabrication plan. A student may not be the
primary contact for an account.
Fabrication Plan
What are you planning to fabrication, Include information on
technology, process, and target run.
Account Liaison NDA
The professor completes and signs the document, returning it to MOSIS.
List of Students and Staff Who Signed the NDA
List of students, staff, and other faculty that have signed the individual
NDA. Do not send the individual signed NDAs to MOSIS. Keep them
on record at your facility.
Additionally, a
Mini-Proposal may be
requested.
