All MEP Instructional accounts, no matter when they were created, expire each year on September 30. The funding year for the MEP Instructional program is from October 1 September 30. An unused balance at the end of the funding year will not carry over into the next funding year. Once an MEP Instructional account has been established, it is easy to renew the account.
