ARM (was Artisan)
ARM makes conditional use of its front-end views of core, I/O cells,
and memory generators for selected IBM processes available to
MEP Research participants. See

Cadence
For mixed-signal design, there is a Cadence PDK (process design kit
for Cadence tools) available for most processes.
Tanner
Tanner design kits are available via the
MOSIS
secure document server.
