Submit A Design
Replacing Layout
It takes two steps to modify layout once it has been successfully
received by MOSIS.
-
First, send a
Cancel
Fabrication request to remove the old design from the fabrication
queue.

Second, send your revised layout with a new
Fabricate
request using the same design number and password.
You cannot cancel a design that is already included on a run. Contact
MOSIS Support if you want to
revise layout when the status of the design is Locked (Fabrication
Candidate).
