C18 CMOS Process
austriamicrosystems (AMS) 0.18 Micron
This CMOS process has 6 metal layers. Supply voltages are 1.8 V core
and 3.3 V I/O. 5 V transistors are available only by special request and
advance notice is required. To request 5 V transistors, use the
MOSIS Online Support System.
Access is restricted to approved customers who have a
commercial account with MOSIS.
