C35B4M3 CMOS Process
austriamicrosystems (AMS) 0.35 Micron (Thick Top Metal)
Process Description
C35B4M3 offers similar options as C35B4C3, but with a thick top metal instead of the standard metal 4 module, and a MET2-METC MiM Capacitor module.
This high performance digital and analog CMOS process has 4 metal layers, 2 poly layers, and a high resistance poly layer.
The supply voltages are 3.3 V and 5 V.
