Process Description

Design Rules, Process Specifications, and SPICE Parameters
You can request austriamicrosystems' design rules, process specifications, and SPICE corner parameters by following the instructions on the MOSIS web site at austriamicrosystems Design Rules, Process Specifications, and SPICE Parameters page.
