Peregrine Process and Document Access
How to access and obtain Peregrine Processes, Design Rules, and Technology Files through MOSIS.
Peregrine considers their process specifications to be proprietary, and only authorizes MOSIS to distribute them to customers who have established MOSIS commercial accounts and who have signed the MOSIS customer agreement and the Peregrine Non-Disclosure Agreement.
You can download the Peregrine NDA (PDF) from our website.
Please have it signed by an authorized representative of your organization and mail it to the address provided below.

Upon approval by Peregrine, the kit can then be downloaded via the Secure MOSIS Document Access Form.
