MOSIS Customers

MOSIS customers who have active accounts can contact MOSIS is by sending a message through the MOSIS Customer Support and Inquiry System.
The MOSIS Online Support link will be available after you login either Account Management or Project Management Portals.

If you have not have the support account, you can create a support account using your email to submit questions and requests.

When you log into the support system you will be connected to the "Create New MOSIS Customer Support Inquiry" form. Select a category in the drop-down box, enter a descriptive subject, enter the body of your message, include related attachments (if any), and select "Submit."If you are uncertain which category is appropriate, no problem, just select "Other Issue" and we will select a category for you.

General Public

The general public can contact MOSIS by direct email using the Email addresses below or by sending a message through the Direct Message web page. MOSIS staff will address your questions through your provided email address.
