Getting Started
- Submit The Commercial Account Application To open an account, submit the online Commercial Customer Account Application.
- Request Access to Vendor Documents
To request access to specific vendor documents, first read the Policy On University Accounts Accessing Vendor Documents.
All Academic accounts, no matter when they were created, expire each year on September 30 because the funding year is from October 1 to September 30 (an academic year). If not renewed before the end of September, all account types will lose access to the foundry document sets to which you have been granted.
Each year, All Academic accounts will need a new NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement). You must maintain the list of faculty, staff, and students who will collaborate with you using your MOSIS account.
After your application is approved and you have an account with us, this process can be done online in Account Management under the Academic Account Registration / Renewal.
1. Individual NDA - The MOSIS Administrative Liaison must read and acknowledge agreement with the MOSIS Academic NDA.
2. Staff List NDA - All Students, Staff, and Faculty that use this account must be listed in this section and must sign the MOSIS Student / Staff / Faculty NDA.
