How to Contact the MEP Customer Support Team
The vast majority of questions asked by students in the MOSIS Educational Program (MEP) can be answered by reviewing material on the MOSIS web site, carefully reading the foundry design rule documents, or contacting the professor or school's MOSIS Technical Point of Contact (TPOC).
MOSIS encourages students to explore these resources first. When available documentation does not provide the answer to a question, send an inquiry to the Web-based MOSIS customer support system. For more information, see the MOSIS Online Support System.
All inquiries must include the MEP account number and, when appropriate, the design number.
Direct inquiries from students to individual MOSIS staff will be referred to the professor or the account TPOC.
